This warranty covers all approved parts and labor for the duration, as outlined in the list below. For the first six months, the trip fee is waived. After that, a standard trip fee of $80 will apply to all service calls to the home.
At the time of scheduling, a non-refundable trip fee of $100 is required. During our visit, we will conduct an inspection and provide a diagnosis. Upon customer approval, the service is billed at $100 per hour, plus the cost of any required parts. If specific parts are unavailable during the initial visit, a return trip will be scheduled, which will incur an additional trip fee.
To help ensure we bring the correct parts and equipment, it is essential for the customer to provide detailed information about the spa’s issue during the scheduling process.
All work performed will be documented with photos and diagrams and is warrantied for three months. However, the warranty applies only to the specific repairs completed. If the spa experiences a new, unrelated issue, a $100 trip fee will apply for an inspection and documentation. During this visit, we will determine whether the new problem is connected to the previously completed work and share our findings with the customer.
If warrantied work requires attention, it will be addressed for the $100 trip fee, but this fix does not extend the original warranty period.
